E-cigarette/General:
1. Check a general FAQ for quick solutions to common problems with the E-Cigarette. Instead of spending a lot of time trying to fix a problem, there may be a common solution that will save you time and from possibly breaking your e-cig.
2. If you have not used your E-Cig for a period of 5-10 minutes, puffing once or twice before inhaling will prep the device, so as to allow more vapor to be released, similar to lighting a cigar.
3. Once you receive your E-Cigarette, throw out your tobacco cigarettes. Changing brands of any product, even for food products is hard to do. It will take 2-3 days for you to become more comfortable smoking the E-Cigarette and get used to the flavor. After those initial 2-3 days, and once you start feeling better and are use to the weight of the cigarette you will no longer miss traditional tobacco cigarettes. So it is best to throw out what tobacco cigarettes you have left. The loss will be made up in just a day!
4. When you are beginning to smoke your E-Cigarette it is important to keep track of how many drags you take in order to avoid over-smoking. The usual E-Smoker depending on how big of a drag they take will equal 1 cigarette in 15-20 drags from an E-Cigarette. After using the E-Cig for a few days it will become more natural.Since the E-Cig does not “go out” as fast as an cigarette. Try to avoid sitting, conistantly using your ecig for more than 10 minutes at one time.
5. The battery goes into standby mode when not in use, it does not drain.
6. Try a variety of flavors and nicotine levels before you buy a large quantity of E-Liquid or cartridges; that way you will buy a lot of what works best for you.
7. The atomizer can be cleaned easily with compressed air.
8. If the E-Cig is not producing vapor, ensure the battery is charged, the atomizer is not clogged and that the cartridge has E-Liquid available.
9. Using E-Liquid over pre-made cartridges has many advantages over prefilled cartridges. You don’t have to carry tons of cartridges. You have more control over the intensity. They work out to be cheaper than prefilled cartridges.
10. When one battery is out of charge, start charging it right away to ensure you will have a working battery.
11. Order supplies a few days in advance. Our products are very popular and after some large orders our stock can get low at times.
12. Buy a 3rd battery or buy a kit that includes a 3rd battery. It is not a good idea to be without a charged battery on hand.
13. If you live with someone who is also going to use the E-Cig, buy two of them.
14. Do not over-charge the battery. This can cause the battery to leak out its charge and the battery will need to be recharged.
15. Don’t believe other sellers who claim that one cartridge is worth 15-20 cigarettes. In reality, depending on how you smoke, it is realistically 5-10 cigarettes worth in one cartridge.
16. Buying a case can help keep your E-Cig clean and there is less chance of losing it or damaging it.
E-Liquid:
1. It is best to use the blank cartridges that come with the E-Liquid (or purchase extras). It is not recommended to use pre filled cartridges.
2. Do not exceed two drops on the cartridge at one time. It can lead to pooling of liquid and it won’t properly vaporize.
3. Some people find adding one drop on the atomizer gives the E-Cigarette a more realistic feeling. This can cause the atomizer to break and therefore it is not supported by us, and it will void the warranty on the atomizer. We suggest if you do this, it would be better to purchase extra atomizers from our store in case it breaks.
4. Keep the E-Liquid in a safe place away from children. Nicotine at high levels is dangerous.
5. Using E-Liquid allows you to get the MOST savings out of your E-Cigarette.
6. Blank cartridges can last approximately one week. It is best to not exceed this. If the cartridge is getting clogged often it is best to replace it.
7. Do not use multiple flavors on a cartridge; mark them with a Sharpe for what flavor it has. While mixing some flavors can produce better results, the flavors can blend and give undesired results.
8. Most 1-2 pack a day smokers will find that they go thru approximately 2ml-2.5ml of E-Liquid a day. One 30ml vial should last about 15 days.
9. There are approximately 25 drops per ml of fluid, allowing 8-10 cartridges per ml and 40-60 puffs per cartridge. There are approximately 15 puffs per traditional tobacco cigarettes.

Is the electronic cigarette cheaper than smoking?
One of the greatest advantages of the electronic cigarette is the fact that it can save you money. The savings will vary from person to person, but in general everyone who uses the electronic cigarette in replace of traditional tobacco cigarettes will save money. In fact it does not even take that long for a person who switches solely to the electronic cigarette to recoup the cost of a starter kit and a single bottle of E-Liquid.
There are also other ways that you save without even realizing it. For example think of the extra costs for solely going out to get cigarettes. Or if you are at a place where cigarette price are marked up due to that being the only option. For example at a bar, a club, concert, in a different town/county/state with a higher tobacco tax, etc. The list could go on and on.
There is also less waste with the electronic cigarette. Think back to all those times you had to put out your cigarette before you got to finish it. Reason for that are also endless. You could be running late and have to put out your half finished cigarette in a hurry. It could be too cold or too hot outside and you just cant stand to stay out any longer.
Now for some breakdowns in numbers for how the electronic cigarette will save you money.
In general we will go with the general assumptions:
*You start out with the basic Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit (1 charger, 1 atomizer, 2 batteries, manual, 5 standard flavor cartridges.) and one bottle of E-Liquid
*One bottle of 30ml E-Liquid will last you approximately 15 days. This is how long it should last a pack/day smoker. This is a safe estimate based on past surveys.
*An extra $5 cost is added per month for a spare of blank cartridges. This may be more or less depending on your smoking preference. Refilled cartridges need to be replaced about once a week depending on the model of electronic cigarette that you use.
*One Pack of cigarettes costs $6.50

With all the accessories, spare parts, different models and different kits it may seem a little confusing on what you need exactly when placing your first electronic cigarette order. With purchase of any kit, you receive all the items you need to begin using the electronic cigarette. These cartridges will last a pack/day smoker approximately two days. For this reason we strongly recommend that you also purchase a bottle of E-Liquid with your initial purchase. You do not need to purchase blank cartridges, since you can refill the pre-filled cartridges that come with kit.
Another important part to buy is a Spare Atomizer. have a chance to stop functioning and while we will gladly replace the atomizer for free, it may take 1-3 days for the replacement to arrive. During this time your electronic cigarette will not function. With a spare atomizer at hand you can continue to use your E-Cig while you wait for your replacement to arrive. It also will come in use if you wanted to have two complete electronic cigarettes.
A Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit(of any model), extra atomizer, and a bottle of E-Liquid is the complete setup we recommend for your first electronic experience. The Electronic Cigarette is a nonflammable electronic atomizing device. 3. Atomizing Chamber – The atomizing chamber converts the liquid into vapor.
4. Airflow Sensor – The air flow sensor turns on the device when the user inhales from the E-Cigarette. This allows the battery and E-Liquid to be saved when not in use.
5. Micro-Processor – The micro-processor controls the E-Cigarette maintaining the correct voltage and amount of E-Liquid used with each inhalation.
6. Lithium Battery – The rechargeable lithium battery is used to power the device.
7. LED Light – It is used to notify the user when the E-Cigarette is in use; it simulates a real cigarette, and is used as a diagnostic tool.

Some additional tips when creating your cigarette free banner.
1. The “Packs Per Day” option is asking how many cigarettes you smoke per day. So if you smoke 20 cigarettes/day you would enter “1″. If you smoke 30 cigarettes/day you would put “1.5″ and if you smoke 10 cigarettes/day you would put “0.5″, etc. The easiest way to answer this if you do not smoke an easy multiple of a pack to get the most precise answer is to divide the amount of cigarettes you smoke by 30. This can be done simply on any calculator and will give you a decimal that you enter in the same fashion.
2. If you want to use both the forum signature and the HTML signature code in different places, you may and not have to create two separate banners. Simply copy the correct code in both places.
3. If you would like to use the HTML version as an email signature you may, but please remember the following information.
a. Your E-Mail must support HTML in the signature (this is now very common).
b. Some spam filters may block HTML in emails so not everyone on the other end may be able to view the banner.
